Several months ago Common Vision Construction, LLC, did some major house repair/improvements for the White Family.  This letter is in reference to the Great Job done by this company!  The first impression for us was the politeness and courtesy displayed by all of the workers.  They were Always on time, caring and concerned down to the tinest detail.  Always responsive to phone calls.      After we had a large basement waterproofing project completed, we needed repairs to the finished part of the basement. These post-waterproofing repairs included piecing and patching drywall, painting, replacing floorboards, retacking carpet, hanging doors. The waterproofing contractor referred us to Common Vision Construction.  Robert, owner of Common Vision Construction performed all of the repair work in a day or two, and left the finished basement looking better than it had looked prior to the waterproofing project.  His pricing for the work was very fair and he maintained a good momentum on the project while paint dried, etc. Robert gives a great deal of attention to the details of a job.  In conversation, I mentioned that even though the basement was finished, it was still chilly.  Robert explained an insulation improvement that he could do while the basement concrete walls were accessible.  Although I didn't choose to do this improvement, I appreciated the well thought explanation of how it could help keep the basement warmer.  For any remodeling or repair project I highly recommend Common Vision Construction.

    We hired Robert to bring the finished part of our basement back into livable space after we had waterproofing done. 

He and his crew did exactly what we asked in the time frame he promised.  The work was well done and he was wonderful to work with. We'd hire him again, and have recommended him to our friends.
